Frequently Asked Questions

All deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, I'll do my best to accommodate your new date based on availability — a rescheduling fee applies if the change happens within 30 days of your original date.
-
It's just me — no backup team, and I want to be upfront about that. That said, cancellation on my end is extremely unlikely; I take every booking seriously and plan around your date well in advance. In the rare event something does prevent me from being there, I'll do my best to help you find a replacement coordinator, and any portion of your payment for services not yet performed will be refunded.

I genuinely love to travel, and I'd be so excited to be part of your day, no matter where it's happening — near or far. Based in Short Pump VA, there's no travel fee within 25 miles. Beyond that, a flat $50 fee covers 25–50 miles, and for anything further, I'll send you a simple, honest quote covering travel and any lodging needed. For destination weddings, I do ask that accommodations be provided at or near the venue.

I handle vendor coordination, your timeline, final touches on signage or table settings, and quietly managing small issues as they come up. Rental furniture setup/breakdown and additional staffing aren't standard, but I occasionally have extra hands available case-by-case — let's talk about what you need.

A signed agreement and a 50% non-refundable deposit reserves your date. The remaining balance is due 60 days before your wedding — and if you need to split that into smaller payments leading up to the due date, just ask and we can work out a schedule that fits.
If you’re not satisfied with the services provided on your wedding day, I’m happy to offer a refund of service fees paid beyond the initial deposit.*

I'm early in building this business, and I'm honest about that. My own wedding — planned in five months, on a real budget — is where all of this started, and it's why I understand exactly what you're up against.
-
Since it's just me on-site, I'm not able to leave the venue once the day starts. I'd recommend designating one trusted friend or family member as your backup for anything last-minute — I'm happy to coordinate directly with them.
